What if I can’t be hypnotised?
Almost everyone can. Hypnosis is simply focused attention - similar to being absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot. You remain aware and in control the entire time.

Is this safe for trauma?
Yes. The work is trauma-informed and moves at the pace of your nervous system. There is no need to relive painful experiences.
