What to Expect After Booking
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need - location details, what to bring, and a few notes to help you arrive comfortably.
Each session runs for around 60 minutes and begins with a short, relaxed conversation. We explore what’s present for you, what’s been feeling heavy, and what you’re hoping to shift. From there, the session unfolds as a guided journey through breath, rhythm, and trance - helping your mind and body release tension and return to balance.
If you’re attending online, you’ll receive a private Zoom link. Find a quiet space, use headphones if you can, and give yourself a few minutes before and after to settle.
Whether in person or online, this work meets you where you are - no pressure, no performance, just space to breathe and reconnect.
Preparing for Your Journey
There’s nothing special you need to do - just come as you are.
But a few simple things can help you arrive with more ease:
Eat lightly beforehand and stay hydrated.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Allow a little time before and after your session so you don’t need to rush.
Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
This work is gentle but deep. You might leave feeling calm, reflective, or simply lighter - however it lands, it’s exactly what’s needed.
Every breath, every moment, is part of returning home to yourself.
Curious Before You Begin?
Do I need experience with hypnosis or breathwork?
Not at all. Every session is guided. You’ll be supported the whole way - no special skills required, just curiosity and presence.
What if I can’t be hypnotised?
Hypnosis isn’t about losing control - it’s about focused awareness. Most people go into a light trance every day without realising it (like when driving or daydreaming). You’ll always remain aware and in charge.
What if emotions come up?
That’s normal and welcome. The space is designed for release - not to relive pain, but to help the body safely process what’s been held.
How often should I come?
Many people start with a single session, but deeper change usually unfolds over a few. The Flow Reset (4 sessions) and Flow Immersion (8 sessions) are designed for steady transformation and integration.
Is this work suitable for trauma?
Yes - sessions are trauma-informed and paced carefully so your nervous system feels safe. You don’t need to retell or re-experience your story for healing to happen.
