Hey - I'm Julian. Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, and founder of Flow Hypnosis.

I've sat across from hundreds of people who were exhausted by their own minds - running on anxiety, stuck in patterns they couldn't seem to break, wondering why nothing was sticking. I built this program from the inside out - drawing directly on the techniques I use in my 1:1 sessions to help people genuinely shift, not just cope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things
people usually ask.

Do I need any experience with hypnosis? Not at all. Most people come in with zero experience — and that's totally fine. The recordings are designed to guide you gently into the experience, no prior knowledge needed.

How much time does it take each week? Each week involves a ~20-minute hypnosis recording, a short educational video, and a guided breathwork session. The workbook exercises can be as light or as deep as you like. Most people spend around 30–45 minutes per week - manageable even on a full schedule.

Is this suitable for severe anxiety? This course is designed for people who experience anxiety in their day-to-day life - the spiral thinking, the tension, the mental noise. If you're experiencing clinical-level symptoms or are currently in crisis, I'd recommend reaching out directly so we can chat about whether 1:1 support might be a better fit first.

What if I fall behind? Life happens. You have lifetime access to everything, so you can move at whatever pace feels right. There's no pressure to be "on schedule" - this is your journey.

How is this different from a meditation app? Meditation apps are great for maintenance. This course is built for change. The hypnosis sessions work directly with your subconscious to shift the patterns that drive anxiety - not just to calm the surface temporarily. It's a clinical approach, not a wellness tool.
